Q. Do I need to provide cleaning products?
A. No. Chrystal Clean provides all cleaning equipment and supplies.

Q. Are your cleaning products you use safe?
A. We take seriously our responsibility to clean your home using safe, non-harmful cleaning products. All of our supplies are safe to people and pets. In many cases we use biodegradable products. Before we clean your home you will be asked about any allergies you or your family may have to cleaning products. We will also ask about smells you may find offensive, and avoid using those products.

Q. What is included in a “deep clean?”
A. Here is our deep clean checklist: 
Kitchen: All outer surfaces are washed and wiped down, the sink is scoured. We will move out refrigerator and stove and clean behind. Inside cabinets are cleaned. Refrigerator and oven are optional areas.

Floors: All floor areas are cleaned. On linoleum or tile, we use a mild detergent. Hardwood floors are lightly damp mopped with a product agreed upon by the homeowner. Carpets are vacuumed.

Bathrooms: The entire bathroom is cleaned. We clean inside cabinets and drawers. We do not clean ceilings in bathrooms.

Dusting: The maid will start high for cobwebs, move down through ceiling fans, vents, light fixtures, blinds, window ledges and sills, baseboards, and inside closets.

Optional Areas: (Usually an extra charge) Cleaning outside windows. Inside of an oven and refrigerator. Sweeping garages. Cleaning inside fireplaces. Cleaning any outside areas such as porches, storage rooms, etc. Wash walls or ceilings. Wax floors.

A. We will arrive on-time and ready to work. We respect that your time is important.

Q. How soon can I schedule an appointment?
A. We have many clients and scheduled appointments are encouraged. However, in an emergency we can clean your home within 24 hours. Sometimes even the same day!
